Foodservice Team
TITAN works with caterers, venues, and event professionals to provide both front of house and back of house staff. The banquet team consists of servers, bartenders and other front of house staff who will perform all tasks associated with pre-setting, serving and breaking down all food and beverage service functions. In addition, our newly added Concessions staff will bring the TITAN pride, professionalism, and efficiency to your counter and in-seat service experience. TITAN is a certified trainer for Techniques in Effective Alcohol Management (TEAM) and requires all staff to complete the certification. The Foodservice Team may be assigned to work unique off-site events such as weddings and corporate functions, as well as contracted long-term in hotels, country clubs, and large entertainment venues.
TITAN Experience
A popular attraction in Atlanta was frustrated with the lack of consistency and expertise of the bartending specialty company they were outsourcing to. Thanks to a recommendation by another TITAN client, we were able to consult with them about how to generate greater revenue by optimizing the menu, provide more efficient service to guests and set up their venue for higher volume sales. The bar program, which was once more of an afterthought, has now become a major revenue source for the attraction and has allowed the client to grow private events exponentially.
