TITAN Event Staff
Foodservice Team
TITAN works with caterers, venues, and event professionals to provide both front of house and back of house staff. The foodservice team consists of servers, bartenders and other front of house staff who will perform all tasks associated with pre-setting, serving and breaking down all food and beverage service functions. In addition, our newly added Concessions staff will bring the TITAN pride, professionalism and efficiency your counter and in-seat service experience. TITAN is a certified trainer for Techniques in Alcohol Management (TEAM), and requires all staff to complete the certification. The Food Service Team may be assigned to work unique off-site events such as weddings and corporate functions, as well as contracted long-term in hotels, country clubs and large entertainment venues.
Safety Team
The Safety Team is responsible for the safety and security of all guests, personnel and vendors at an event or venue. The TITAN Safety Team maintains high ethical standards and are able to respond quickly and professionally in all situations. The Safety Team is responsible for detecting and deterring acts of aggression, violence, theft and disruption. TITAN is a licensed security agency in Georgia and Florida. In addition, TITAN has certified EMS personnel who are able to perform essential life support, first aid and rescue functions on scene at an event.
Guest Relations
Guest Relations is a varied but essential role for our clients and includes hiring TITAN staff to provide support for a conference or convention, greet guests, provide customer service during an event, ticket-taking, usher and distribute products/information for our clients’ product, service or brand.
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team is responsible for the cleanliness and staging of an event, property, or designated area. Room Attendants will be expected to thoroughly clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to TITAN and hotel brand standards. The janitors will ensure the cleanliness of all public areas, meeting space, corridors, and grounds of a venue. Conversion Crews are responsible for converting a large arena or stadium from one major function to another, such as a professional sporting event to a concert. This may include converting the arena floor, dressing rooms, function space, and public areas from a sport to a major concert with precision and efficiency to ensure a timely and seamless turn-around.
